In the first half of Star Tropics – Chapter 3: “Storm and Calm”, we once again get sidetracked from our main quest when our submarine crashes in a storm! We then find out that in order to fix our sub to save our uncle from aliens, we first need to save a girl from a spell by finding a hermit or something? So we trudge through what might be the one of the most infuriating sections of the game… so far! We fight our way through a lava labyrinth of ninja monkeys, do-do birds, zombie flamingos, and mud monsters, before facing off with a freaking fire demon?! …and it turns out we’re not even halfway through this section of the game!
