Hello all, Scott here. We have a special announcement episode for you this week! We will be announcing the next RPG Club game (Phantasy Star IV) as well as some of our plans for the future of the show.
The TL;DR is that myself and Rich are stepping down from our positions as co-hosts of the podcast. This decision was not made lightly, but we are burnt out and need to look out for our own qualities of life. However, PLEASE listen to the episode for our full thoughts and feelings on the matter. Personally, I have agonized over the decision for several months and shed tears over it, despite knowing it is what’s best for me.
As for the future of the show, Rich and I will continue on the regular schedule for the show through this next Phantasy Star IV RPG Club. Bill will be doing his best to continue the RPG Club afterward and you can expect some of the Patreon benefits to be shifted around. There will be more details in the future on this as Bill’s plans take shape.
Rich and I will still be around and active in the community. All the friends we’ve made from the RPGAY community is the most rewarding payoff from this venture, and we look forward to continuing our friendships indefinitely. We love you guys!
