“Assemble, Podcasters Assemble”

With only 138 days until the release of Bond 25, “No Time To Die”, podcasters from across the globe are on a mission to celebrate Bond’s 67 year history by revisiting all 24 films in the series.

In today’s episode, Erik and Justin dig into the massive library of Bond books! From the 1950’s with the Ian Fleming novels that started it all, to some of the newer authors who have been passing the baton ever since. How do they hold up? What are the differences between the books and movies? Does Bond have any gadgets in the books? Which ones are worth reading and which ones are worth skipping?

Titles include: Ian Fleming’s “Casino Royale”, “Live and Let Die”, “Moonraker”, “For Your Eyes Only”, “Octopussy and the Living Daylights”, and “Thunderball”, as well as Jeffrey Deaver’s “Carte Blanche”, William Boyd’s “Solo”, Anthony Horowitz’s “Forever and a Day”, John Gardner’s “Seafire”, and Raymond Benson’s “Zero Minus Ten”!
